Sydämen surujen kakku
Työni puolesta tulee leivottua paljon kahvikakkuja.
Tässä yksi ihana resepti, jota muistan leiponeeni ensimmäisiä kertoja jo kotitaloustunnilla.
Ohje on vanhasta lehtileikkeestä, mutta harmikseni en ole kirjannut ylös mikä lehti on kyseessä.
SYDÄMEN SURUJEN KAKKU
- 5 dl vehnäjauhoja
- 4 dl sokeria
- 3/4 dl kaakaojauhetta
- 1 tl soodaa
- 1 tl suolaa
- 1 tl vaniljasokeria
- 150 g voita
- 250 g maitorahkaa
- 1/2 dl maitoa
- 2 munaa
Kuivat aineet sekoitetaan kulhossa. Perään kananmunat, maito, rahka ja voisula. Sekoitetaan tasaiseksi. Taikina on paksua.
Voitele ja jauhoja kahvikakkuvuoka kaakaojauheella , kaada taikina vuokaan, Tasoita taikinan pinta.Paista 180 asteessa 50 min -1h
Kaunis kakku ja varmasti myös hyvä! Paljn olen kuullu tästä kakusta, mutta itse en ole tehnyt...nyt menee kokeiluun!
