Lähdin tähän Blogiringin Kungsörnen kamppanjaa oikeastaan sen vuoksi, etten ole koskaan leiponut valmiista leivontamixeistä.
Oli mielenkiintoista kokeilla jotain uutta.
Kun paketti leivontamixejä saapui niin meillä lapset innostuivat eniten, hihkuivat kaikki paketit nähdessään ja valkkailivat kukin mitä haluavat kokeilla.
Siitä hetkestä oli selvää että näitä kokeillaan lasten kanssa.
Päätimme kokeilla meidän lemppareita eli suklaatorttua ja porkkanakakkua
Tekijäksi valitsin innokkaimman eli meidän nuorimmaisen lapsen. Isommat lapset jo muutenkin leipovat itsekseen paljon, niin tällä kertaa nuorimmainen sai olla pääleipuri.
Taikinoiden tekeminen on helppoa, apua tarvittiin oikeastaan vaan nesteen ja rasvan mittaamisessa.
Valmis taikina vuokaa ja uuniin. Sillä aikaa poika teki sokerimassasta koristeet porkkanakakun päälle.
Kakun tekeminen oli niin nopeaa että samantien tehtiin myös suklaatorttu.
Viimeiseksi vielä tehtiin kumpaakin kuorrutus, joka oli myös helppo homma. Kuorrutukset ja koristeet leipomusten päälle ja ihanat herkut oli valmiita.
Tälläinen leipomus on siis helppo antaa lastenkin valmistaa, ja hätävarana kaapissa ihan loistavia jos pikaisella aikataululla pitäisi yllätysvieraille jotain taikoa.
Leipuri itse oli silminnähden tyytyväinen tulokseen :D

Kumpikin leipomus oli ihanan mehevä ja hyvänmakuinen, eikä niistä olisi arvannut että on hiukan oikaistu valmistuksessa. Ei todellakaan hullumpi vaihtoehto alusta asti itse tehdylle. Nämäkin leipomukset hävisit parempiin suihin yhdessä hujauksessa.
